For this assignment, we were supposed to take pictures of people. So, I got my little sister Elliana to be my subject. At first, she was very unenthusiastic about me taking pictures of her, but she took the job when I offered her money.
f/5, 1/80sec, ISO-400, 38mm
This picture really reminds me of some famous photo. Elliana’s direct stare helps a lot in these pictures.
f/3.5, 1/25sec, ISO-100, 18mm
I love this pictures simplicity.

The love of my dog.

Hallelujah! This picture a few other are blurry due to the slow shutter speed.

Just another portrait…

I would have used this photo as my photo contest photo if it wasn’t so obvious whose it was.

Nice pictures!
“assingment” is spelled *assignment
nice job! 🙂 my favs is the one where elliana’s head is poking out of the curtain and the one of the cat!
These are such great pictures of your sister! You did a good job using manual mode and capturing her personality. 🙂 They’re so fun! The first one of her with the cat is perfectly exposed and so interesting–I agree, her direct stare into the camera really brings it up a notch. The picture of her poking her head out of the fabric is adorable and also nicely exposed. You do a nice job shooting at a low shutter speed. Your last two pictures are really awesome–they’re both perfectly exposed. I love how the cat’s face fills most of the frame and your sister’s expression in the last photo is just the best. 🙂
